• 1x Body composition analysis
• 1x 30min follow-up appointment (in-person or via phone)
• Support via Whats’App

3 months - EUR 375 / month

If you are looking to make real changes into your life, this 3-month programme is made for you as it will allow for new behaviours to become sustainable and turn into habits.

What’s included:

• 1x Introduction call
• 1x 60min full nutritional assessment consultation
• 2x Body composition analysis (start & end)
• 2x 30min follow-up appointment (in-person or via phone)
• 2x 15min check-ins (phone)
• Support via Whats’App

6 months - EUR 300 / month

If you are looking to fully commit to your health and wellness journey, this program is for you. Together over the next 6 months, we will look to make small and simple changes and make adjustments as needed for you to meet your health goals.

• 1x 60min full nutritional assessment consultation
• 3x Body composition analysis (start, middle & end)
• 4x 30min follow-up appointments (in-person or via phone)
• 4x 15min check-ins (phone)
• Support via Whats’App

Additional Sessions

These 30 minute sessions give existing clients the opportunity to save some money for ongoing sessions to continue their journey after finishing one of our programmes.
