The aim is to make small changes that lead to a healthier, happier life. A small change can have a big impact on your physical and mental health.
In order to provide an accurate assessment, we ask that you complete an intake form (health questionnaire) which will not only aid our overall review but also determines what you really need to achieve your objectives.
During your initial consultation, we will focus on your health history, current physical activity levels, food choices, lifestyle and work life, sleeping habits and personal health goals. We will also discuss your priorities and objectives, both short and long term.
After your consultation, we will send over a personalised nutrition guide and/or fitness plan that provides realistic changes to your life that you can introduce into your daily routine to help support your health goals.
Your nutritional plan is not just about picking the right food, we take into account your likes and dislikes and provide information on foods to include or avoid. For the fitness plan, depending on your current lifestyle, we look to include physical activity progressively to ensure its realistic and fits into your daily life.
During the follow-up sessions, we discuss what works well, what doesn’t work so well and what changes can be made to the plan to progress further.
